SAN BERNARDINO, CA — Beginning Tuesday, February 13, 2024, the Probate clerk’s office and all Probate in-person services at the San Bernardino Justice Center will be permanently relocated to the Fontana District. After this time, Probate clerk’s office in-person services will be available at the Fontana and Victorville Districts.

The Fontana Probate Clerk’s Office public window will be open for full service for all probate cases heard at the Fontana District. All in-person filings for cases heard at the Victorville District may continue to be completed at the Victorville District Probate Clerk’s Office.
