Submitting filings electronically allows court users to submit documents to the court securely through an electronic service provider (EFSP) over the internet. You can eFile documents 24/7 through any approved EFSP. There are currently no case types designated for mandatory efiling.
eFiled documents must be submitted in a non-editable Portable Document Format (PDF) and cannot exceed 25 MB per document and 50 MB per file upload. The program will request information required for processing and allow documents to be uploaded and transmitted to the appropriate court location and processed electronically.
Court users must comply with the eFiling Requirements and Local Rules. The eFiling Requirements also contain the list of documents that are ineligible for eFiling. Click on your case type to the left of this page for specific requirements.
Appeal documents are ineligible for eFiling for Civil, Family Law, Probate and Landlord Tenant. - For questions regarding Appeal documents, contact Appeals at 909-384-1888 select option 1, followed by option 7.
