ATTENTION:
When submitting documents on behalf of a Law Firm, you may come across a section that requests a Bar Number. Within our case management system, every Law Firm is assigned a unique identification number which should be entered in the Bar Number field. Please refer to this List to identify your Law Firm's ID number.

Appeal documents are ineligible for eFiling - For questions regarding Appeal documents, contact Appeals at 909-384-1888 select option 1, followed by option 7.
